We Were Liars by E. Lockhart

First thought: This book was so beautiful and poetic. It really messed with my head until the end, and then it messed with my emotions. It is true that you should go into this book with no knowledge of the plot.

Overview: I can't tell you the plot. Even the slightest thing could be a spoiler. This book has a mysterious/fairytale theme. The main protagonist Cadence retells the same story several times like a fairytale but she changes the setting and characters. All in all it is very hard to explain.

Favorite character: Gat hands down. He is such an interesting character.

I definitely recommend that you all read this book. It is probably one of my favorite summer books so far! I'm sorry this review was so short but I do not want to spoil anyone.

I have collected quite a few books recently and have been dying to share! In The Afterlight by Alexandra Bracken - This book is the third and final book in the Darkest Minds trilogy. It follows Ruby and the friends she makes along her journey. The children in the world have been affected by a disease giving them one of the powers below, which are categorized by colors. 1.
